Anjoman Rice began with one simple goal: perfect rice. We source long-grain basmati at origin, choosing only the harvests with the length, fragrance and clean character any good table deserves.

Each crop is aged to deepen its aroma, milled gently to keep every grain whole, and sealed in our own facility under the Imperial and Anjoman labels, so the basmati you open cooks fluffy, separate and unmistakably fragrant, every time.
